You are not alone on the road to justice after rape and sexual assault.

Practical guidance and information for victims who have reported, or are thinking about reporting, rape or sexual assault. From someone who’s been through it, from report to court.

This is an independently created platform to raise awareness about what to expect at each stage of the criminal justice system, spread hope, and help give control back to those who’ve had it taken away.

As someone who has been through the system from initial report to court, I aim to bring together, summarise and provide direct links to what I feel to be the most useful information in a step-by-step order.

Alongside this I share learnings from my personal experience, simple and empowering insights I wish someone had told me from the beginning.

We are in this together and you will be heard.
